Following a comprehensive ESG assessment in October 2023, the company developed a strategic action plan aimed at strengthening competitiveness, reducing operational risks, enhancing environmental performance, and creating long-term value for our stakeholders.
Through the creation of an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) action plan and under the guidance of the ITAGO IV Fund, Idrostudi will implement the following changes by 2027:
- Climate Change: Secure mandatory natural disaster insurance by 2025 and conduct a Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions evaluation by 2026.
- Energy Management: Shift to 100% renewable electricity by 2026.
- HR and Labor: Formalize an overtime monitoring procedure by 2025 and develop a retention plan by 2026 to attract and retain talent.
- Sustainability Management & Business Ethics: Assign ESG responsibilities by 2025 and complete the implementation of the 231 Organizational Model and the whistleblowing mechanism.
- Product Sustainability: Conduct a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for projects by 2027 and develop tools to monitor contaminants and optimize infrastructure.
