Junior Project Manager - R&D Area
To strengthen our Research & Development area, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join the R&D team.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Head of Research & Development, supporting her in coordinating and managing innovative national and European projects.
A professional growth path is envisaged, aimed at gradually acquiring autonomy in managing projects and assignments.
Main responsibilities

Collaborate in the planning, organization, and management of project activities;

Support the monitoring of timelines, resources, and project progress;

Contribute to the operational coordination of internal and external working groups;

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and project materials;

Provide support in cost control activities and in managing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders;

Participate in the development of technological innovation and digitalization initiatives;

Assist the team in managing nationally and European-funded projects, with a particular focus on research, development, and technology transfer activities.
Requirements

Master’s degree in Management, Environmental, or Civil Engineering;

At least 2 years of professional experience in Project Management or similar roles;

Knowledge of the main Project Management methodologies and tools;

Good command of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project;

Excellent knowledge of English (minimum level C1);

Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus;

Knowledge of Python is considered an asset;

Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as Trello and Jira is appreciated.

What we offer

Direct employment with a permanent contract;

Salary starting from Level III of the Commerce Collective Agreement (CCNL), with a gross annual salary between €27,800 and €30,000, depending on experience, skills, and level of autonomy;

Work location: Trieste (Area Science Park), with occasional travel in Italy and abroad.
